A few clear details help us understand the result you want.
Collect changes in one request
Instead of several short messages, list the changes you want together: lighting, skin tone, flyaway hair or clothing details. Each successful round counts as one of your three included retouches.
Describe what should stay
For example: “Keep my face shape and hairstyle. Soften the shadows and tidy only the flyaways.” Requests guide the result, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Save your favorite version
The first finished photo remains available alongside retouched versions. Failed processing does not use a retouch. Submit requests and download your files within 24 hours of initial submission; paying does not extend that deadline.
