A few things to know.
Before you send us your photo,
take a moment to look around.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One clear, front-facing photo showing your face and shoulders is enough. Keep your eyes open and mouth closed, with a relaxed expression and bright, even lighting. Avoid strong filters, sunglasses or anything covering your face. JPG, PNG and WEBP files up to 10 MB are supported.
How do I request my three retouches?
After reviewing your AI portrait, collect the changes you want in the retouch request. You can request changes to skin tone, brightness, flyaway hair or clothing together. We aim to change only the requested details while keeping the other facial features and composition. A retouch is counted only when it completes successfully. Your first finished photo remains available to download.
Can I submit this for a passport or ID?
Authorities may not accept AI-created photos. Before using a photo for a passport or official ID, check the authority’s current photography and editing requirements. Photo Studio does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
Which files will I receive?
Choose 3.5 × 4.5 cm, US visa size 2 × 2 inches (5.08 × 5.08 cm), 3 × 4 cm, standard 5 × 5 cm, or a vertical 3:4 profile photo. Download a high-resolution file sized for your selection in JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, TIFF, WEBP, AVIF or PDF. Select your format on the download screen. Digital files only; printing and shipping are not included. Check your recipient’s file requirements before submitting.
How long are my photos kept?
To improve the service, we analyze a random browser identifier, visits, order and payment stages, campaigns and device type for up to 90 days. Photos and consultation text are excluded. You can turn analytics off in the footer. Original, reference and finished photos and retouch requests remain accessible for 24 hours after submission. Access is then blocked. Expired data is deleted during daily cleanup or when accessed. Scheduled deletion may take about 48 hours after submission and may be delayed by failures. You can also delete your photos after production. The AI provider’s processing policies apply separately.
Are retouches included in the price?
Yes. The current price is 8,500 KRW, including one AI portrait, three retouches and digital downloads. You can pay after reviewing the preview.
